Kutztown Tavern | Restaurant Kitchen Design
The Kutztown Tavern restaurant kitchen design project is 15,000 square foot restaurant, bar and brewery. This restaurant kitchen design project was an existing operation looking to remodel its kitchen and preparation areas to include a 3 level artisan pizza oven station. Having approximately 300 seats and over 90 existing menu items, Mise Designs provided strategic decision making guidance regarding station reorganization as well as production methods in order to streamline preparation and execution for the new and existing menu.
The largest challenge with this project was space allocation and meeting each stations storage requirements while maintaining the standard flow of service due to the nature of the expansive menu offerings. Mise Designs was also contracted to provide and install all the new foodservice equipment for the new Kutztown Tavern restaurant kitchen design concept.
