Profeta | Farm Market Commercial Kitchen Design
The Profeta Farm market commercial kitchen design project is a unique 19,000 square foot organic farm market comprised of various commercial kitchen design and restaurant kitchen design approaches necessitated by their complex concept of providing grocery and prepared food items grown and fabricated completely on the farm property.
Mise Designs was contracted to develop all aspects relating to the primary commercial kitchen and bakery, meat fabrication/charcuterie kitchen and storage facilities located in the lower level of the building. Design scope also included all foodservice components in the main floor market including prepared foods areas, coffee and ice cream shops, meat, seafood, deli, charcuterie and bakery retail areas. Mise Designs also provided all specifications for the retail refrigeration equipment located in the market area outside our commercial kitchen design scope.
